This is a very thorough and informative course. It comes with extensive written material by both Matthew and Phyllis. It was amazing how in depth they were able to go in a two day workshop. I attended the live workshop online. They were great about answering questions. I have watched the recorded workshop more than once since then. So many gems each time I watch it. This course is a bargain for all the information provided. It's appropriate for beginners who want to keep their families safe, as well for intermediate and advanced herbalists working with serious respiratory conditions, wanting a more in depth understanding of the respiratory system and supporting folks with herbs.
