Herbs for Relaxation and Sleep

Although mapped out as a class for beginners, it’s really a class for everyone: we all need to relax and sleep

In the modern-day age of constant stimulus, frequent stress, and incessant to-do lists, it can be difficult for many people to relax and settle into sleep. For many, the ability to fall asleep, or the ability to stay asleep slowly chips away at their well-being and drains their stamina over the years. In this class, Matthew outlines the importance of recognizing our own sleep patterns, as well as herbs and supplements that can help us address these so that we can get more profound and quality sleep.
